Vendor Accreditation Requirements

To maintain our commitment to excellence and ensure compliance with our operational standards, all prospective vendors must meet the following prerequisites:

  1. Insurance Coverage: Provide a Certificate of Insurance demonstrating a minimum of $2 million in liability coverage.
  2. Worker’s Safety: For vendors with employees, submission of a WSIB clearance certificate is mandatory.
  3. Payment Process: All vendor payments are processed via ACH direct deposit. Please note that we do not issue checks or use email transfers.
  4. Invoice Processing: Our payment turnaround for invoices is typically between 30-40 days.
