I started investing in residential rentals over two decades ago. As my portfolio grew, property management became a full-time job — so I founded JDN Property Management Inc. to help other landlords skip the learning curve I went through. My goal is simple: make property ownership easier and more profitable. That's still the promise behind everything we do.
Crystal joined JDN in June 2023, bringing a distinguished legal background from Trios College where she graduated with distinction from the Law Clerk Specialist Program and received the leadership award from the paralegal program in 2017. Her expertise in Landlord Tenant Board processes, Superior Court, and family law makes her an invaluable asset to our team and our clients. Crystal is passionate about mentorship, continuing education, and delivering precise, professional support every single day.
Born and raised in Freiburg, Germany, Tobi completed his diploma in Business Administration Marketing at Fanshawe College in London. He brings real-world experience from his time as a realtor in Germany with top-tier firms including RE/Max and Kölblin Immobilien. Since joining JDN in March 2017, Tobi has been an integral part of our team — connecting landlord clients and prospective tenants with the right properties every day.
Colin began his career as a residential rental property investor — learning maintenance and upkeep firsthand. He went on to build a successful contracting business serving homeowners and property management companies throughout London. His deep knowledge of municipal by-laws specific to residential rental units makes him invaluable, particularly when the City of London conducts Residential Rental Unit License inspections. Colin knows exactly what inspectors look for — and ensures our properties pass without difficulty, every time.
