Find a property you love? Open the listing and review all the details — floor plan, amenities, rent, utilities included. Contact us to book a viewing.
Submit Your Application
Ready to apply? Click the 'Apply' button directly on the listing page. Complete the application form and submit. All applications are reviewed within 24–48 hours of receiving your LMR deposit.
What Happens After You Apply?

We review your application, verify employment and references, and conduct a credit check.
Tenant Screening

Approval Notification
If approved, we'll contact you with next steps including lease signing and first/last month payment.
Move-In Day
Welcome home! We'll conduct a move-in inspection and hand over the keys. Every new tenant completes a digital move-in condition report within the first 7 days — covering all rooms, appliances, doors, windows, and outdoor areas with photo documentation. Timestamped and on file.
