Your JDN Move-In Checklist
Protect yourself and document your unit from day one.
Moving in is exciting, but it is also the most important time to document the condition of your rental unit. This checklist helps you record what the property looked like on day one, report concerns early, and protect both you and JDN throughout the tenancy.
Take clear photos and videos before moving furniture or belongings into the unit. Keep your own copy for your records.
JDN will set up a move-in inspection during the first 5–7 days of your tenancy. This inspection will be documented, kept on file, and compared to your move-out inspection at the end of your tenancy.
